Fabrizio Batoni graduated in Architecture at Florence University and, after having gained concrete experience in the field of industrial design and architecture, working with well-known architects, project firms and companies, founded the Studio Batoni in Colle di Val d’Elsa in 1997, working on projects of architecture, graphics, trade fair settings and design. In these last years, he has collaborated with various firms in the field of interior decoration, such as Arketipo, Bonaldo, Bontempi, Mobilmetal, Esedra; he has planned villas, multi-purpose centres and temporary settings in Italy and abroad. Since 2006, his studio has concentrated its design work on the bathroom furnishings sector, planning for firms such as Gruppo Treesse, Zazzeri rubinetterie (taps and fittings), Nic Design, Ceramica Galassia, Ceramica Vitruvit, Ceramica Vulcano, Whitestone, Cristalquattro, Mobilacev, Capannoli, Valli&Valli bagno (bathrooms), Valli&Valli maniglie (handles). Most recent times have been marked by the Trend taps collection designed for Zazzeri, by the Made project for bathroom fittings created for Nic Design, by the Inside hydromassage bathtub, by the Flat shower cabin for the Gruppo Treesse, by the Domina collections and the Aria chair for Esedra design. At present, the Studio Batoni is working at the same time on various projects for companies in the field of furnishings, bathrooms and accessories and in that of motorbike accessories and related items; the studio looks after the artistic management in some of these companies. In the field of architecture, the studio is taking part in some architectural competitions of considerable importance.
